If you are unable to log into your account on the StudioNow Platform, you may want to try reseting your password. The best way to reset your password is to use the "forgot password" link on the login screen.
Enter the email address associated with your account.
The StudioNow Platform will send an automated email prompting you to reset your password.

I am locked out of my account
To have your account unlocked, contact StudioNow Technical Support.
If no changes have been made, the issue may be due the web browser storing old authentication information. To clear this data, delete the cookies and cached data stored in the web browser. This process is detailed well here. After deleting cookies and cached data try logging into The StudioNow Platform. If the issue persists, please communicate with Technical Support via the Support Widget in the lower right hand corner or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Was the account deactivated?
It is also possible that the account was deactivated by a company administrator. Confirm the user account is active with your company’s administrator.
