During the Bid Selection stage, a user can request a bid update from a vendor. To do so, navigate to the Bids tab, click the ellipsis of the bid that you would like to update. and select “Request Bid Update” from the dropdown menu.
The user can specify the reason for requesting an update in the body of the notification email that will be sent to the vendor. After the request has been sent to the vendor, the user can reference previous versions of a bid through the contextual action menu.
