'In Production' phase has now been replaced with 'Active'
Over time we've received a number of complaints about the phase formerly called "In Production". First of all, it was completely irrelevant to photography projects. Second, it also was getting confused with the phase of a live video project called Production (of the pre production, production, post production progression).
To make this terminology more accurate, we've renamed "In Production" as "Active".
Adding a vendor during Project Planning now advances a project to "Active"
Project Planning as a phase is intended to signify that a project is yet to have a vendor added to the project. To relieve a user of having to manually move from one phase to another upon adding a vendor, we will now automatically mark projects as "Active" when vendors are added. If this is unintended, users will be able to revert projects back to Project Planning via the ACTIONS menu.
Uploading multiple assets will now only send one email
If a user uploaded multiple assets at once, the entire project team used to get one email per asset. As you might imagine, this was pretty spammy. Now, when multiple assets are uploaded, a single email will go out to the team which will display the total number of uploaded assets.
Full Story installment
Full Story is a service that records user sessions as HD video. Going forward, we'll be able to watch user experiences (even as they're happening!) to better analyze behavior for product improvements, debugging and technical support.
