Basic proposal templates now allow vendors to upload budget files
We've received a number of requests to allow vendors to upload budgets to the Basic proposal builder template and make them available on the Bids page. We've gone ahead and added the budget upload tool from the AICP and AICE templates to the Basic form. Vendors can now make their homegrown budgets available to clients for more detailed financial analysis.
Asset and Deliverables tabs are now always available to Project Team members
Revealing tabs based on the status of a project has proved to be a confusing pattern for our users. We've gone ahead and made these tabs available to everyone on the project team no matter the project phase.
Note: Vendors bidding on a project are not yet on the Project Team, so they will only see the Deliverables tab when they are awarded the opportunity and subsequently added to the Team.
Talent and location releases have been updated and separated
All StudioNow managed projects used to automatically post an old release form document to the Assets tab that lumped together out of date talent and release forms. Old forms are bad. Old forms smushed together are worse. We've updated these forms and separated the location release from the talent release.
Company permissions work continues
The team has tackled a major portion of our permissions refactor by bringing the concept of an “originator relationship” to life. This doesn’t yet have an immediate user facing effect. But it will. This work is a major step forward in establishing company relationships by defining who can start projects on behalf of which companies.
Company search now autosuggests after 2 characters instead of 3
Temporary of "Revert to Bid Submission" option in the ACTIONS menu for blackout bid projects to prevent further state issues
Fixed duplicated Activity Feed items for inviting vendors to bid
We now hide "budget high" field on the Overview tab for vendors on direct assign projects
